A primer on quality for Ernesta

Film & Motion Direction
Content

Ernesta

Finding trustworthy information of quality in rugs is harder than you might think. Ernesta’s chief merchant is on a mission to change that through clear educational content.

Starting with a stream of consciousness document, the content is distilled into the most helpful talking points, then trimmed again into a loose outline. The final script is conversational and informal, targeting specific frequent questions around quality.

Visual Style

The set dressing communicates creativity and experience, welcoming the viewer into Rosa’s “office,” while the color grading and soft light give a sense of calm. The title cards and interstitials are minimal

Modular Content

Created in long-form and organized into common questions, the video can be remixed and re-cut into smaller, snackable pieces for use in various outlets and paid social advertising.

This modular approach keeps budgets low and allows for creating an expansive library of assets from one central piece. Multiple “tags” were captured during filming, allowing Ernesta to test social ad hook lines and multiple edits to ensure the highest level of performance.
